1. Parties and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, online school, courses, digital products, and all materials provided by Universidad de Camioneros, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the School”).
By visiting our website, enrolling in a course, accessing course content, downloading materials, or creating an account, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that:
- You have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms in full;
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
- If you act on behalf of a business entity, you have full authority to bind that entity;
- You accept all legal responsibility arising from your use of the site and materials.
If you do not agree to these Terms, discontinue use of the site and courses immediately.
We may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time without notice. The updated version becomes effective when posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of all changes.
2. Educational Purpose Only / No Professional Advice
All content provided by the School—including videos, text, PDFs, templates, worksheets, guides, checklists, webinars, and communications—is strictly for general educational purposes only.
We are NOT:
- A law firm
- An accounting or tax firm
- A financial advisory service
- An FMCSA/DOT compliance consulting provider
- An insurance agency
- A safety consulting company
- A transportation law advisor
- A training provider for CDL instruction
Nothing provided constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Regulatory compliance advice
- Insurance advice
- Financial or investment advice
- Safety or operational certification
- Qualification for any government program
You acknowledge that all business, legal, tax, safety, and compliance decisions are your sole responsibility, and you must consult with licensed professionals.
3. FMCSA / DOT Compliance Responsibility
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for:
- Completing all FMCSA filings
- Completing all DOT filings
- Completing all state regulatory filings
- Maintaining all required compliance
- Passing required audits (including New Entrant Audit)
- Maintaining insurance and submitting filings to FMCSA
- Keeping all records required under 49 CFR
- Conducting MVR checks and driver qualification
- Creating and maintaining a DQ file
- Complying with drug and alcohol testing requirements
- Maintaining HOS compliance
- Following all safety, inspection, and maintenance obligations
The School is not responsible for:
- Errors in filings
- Missed deadlines
- Government delays
- Suspensions, fines, penalties, or revocations
- Incorrect information submitted by you
- Audit outcomes
- Insurance underwriting decisions
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of FMCSA, DOT, or any government agency.
4. CDL Training, ELDT, and Driver Qualification Disclaimer
4.1 No CDL or Driver Training Provided
The School does not provide:
- CDL training
- CDL theory instruction
- CDL skills or road instruction
- Entry Level Driver Training (ELDT)
- BTW (behind-the-wheel) training
- CDL exam preparation
- Commercial driving instruction
- Qualification or certification to operate a CMV
Courses are business education only, not driver certification.
4.2 Purchasing a Course Does NOT Qualify You for a CDL
Enrollment in any course does not:
- Fulfill FMCSA’s ELDT requirements
- Replace state exams or DMV requirements
- Authorize you to operate a commercial motor vehicle
- Provide any form of driver certification
- Waive any federal or state CDL requirements
CDLs and endorsements require compliance with all FMCSA and state regulations.
4.3 Student’s Responsibility for CDL Eligibility
You solely bear the responsibility for:
- Passing written and skills tests
- Completing ELDT from FMCSA-approved providers
- Obtaining medical qualification (DOT medical card)
- Meeting language proficiency requirements (49 CFR § 391.11(b)(2))
- Passing background checks (e.g., TSA for hazmat)
- Maintaining a clean driving record
- Meeting age requirements (18/21)
- Complying with drug/alcohol testing
4.4 No Guarantee of Driving Skill or Safety
We make no representation or warranty regarding:
- Your ability to drive safely
- Accident prevention
- Safety performance
- FMCSA/DOT compliance
- Vehicle inspection, maintenance, or operation
- HOS compliance
- Roadside inspections
4.5 Liability Waiver for Vehicle Operation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for:
- Accidents or collisions
- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Violations, citations, or penalties
- Roadside inspection failures
- Out-of-service orders
- Safety fitness determinations
- Any incident involving CMV operation
You assume all risks associated with driving.
5. Accounts, Security, and User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Not share your account or allow third-party access
- Be fully responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms or misuse of content.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All course content is the exclusive intellectual property of Universidad de Camioneros, Inc. Content includes (without limitation):
- Videos
- PDFs
- Worksheets and templates
- Text and written materials
- Images, designs, branding
- Audio files
- Downloadables
- Member-only content
- Website materials
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial use.
You are strictly prohibited from:
- Sharing, selling, or distributing content
- Republishing on any platform
- Uploading content to social media, cloud drives, or forums
- Using materials to create competing courses
- Removing branding or copyright notices
- Sharing files with third parties
- Allowing group/company access unless explicitly permitted
Violation results in immediate access termination and potential legal action.
7. Payment, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Your purchase is governed by our Refunds & Disclaimer policy, which is fully incorporated here by reference.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final
- No refunds are issued except for verified duplicate payments
- “Change of mind,” “I didn’t use the course,” technical issues, or misunderstandings do not qualify
- Filing a chargeback violates these Terms
If you file a chargeback:
- Access to all courses is immediately terminated
- We may provide your bank proof of access
- We may pursue recovery of losses, fees, and damages
8. Course Access, Availability, and Modifications
“Lifetime access” = lifetime of the product, not your personal lifetime.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify course content
- Add or remove modules
- Update information
- Move platforms
- Discontinue a course
If discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided when possible.
We are not responsible for outages or issues related to:
- Teachable
- MailerLite
- Payment processors
- Internet service providers
- Device compatibility
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services depend on third parties, including:
- Teachable
- MailerLite
- Stripe / PayPal
- Google Analytics
- Affiliate programs
We do not control these platforms and are not liable for:
- Outages
- Data incidents
- Errors
- Denials
- Withdrawal of service
- Decisions made by third-party providers
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Business income
- Profitability
- Approval of DOT/MC filings
- Success in audits
- Faster activation
- Reduced insurance premiums
- Accurate filings
- Any specific outcome
Your results depend on your own actions, filings, business decisions, and external regulatory factors.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Materials are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy
- Non-infringement
- Reliability
- Error-free or uninterrupted access
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the School is not liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Regulatory penalties
- Audit failures
- License suspensions or revocations
- Insurance decisions
- Accidents involving CMV operation
- Misuse of materials
If liability is found despite these limitations, damages are capped at the amount paid for the course.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universidad de Camioneros, Inc. against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, and legal fees arising from:
- Your business decisions
- Your FMCSA/DOT filings
- Your vehicle operation
- Your CDL qualification or attempts
- Your violations of regulations
- Your breach of these Terms
This obligation survives account termination.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass or threaten staff
- Use the site illegally
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Introduce malware
- Misrepresent your identity
- Reverse-engineer content
- Duplicate or redistribute content
15. Governing Law, Venue, and Class Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
You agree to:
- Waive any class action rights
- Bring claims individually only
- Waive class arbitration rights
16. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the School.

3. Responsabilidad de Cumplimiento FMCSA/DOT
Eres el único responsable de:
- Realizar todos los trámites
- Mantener archivos y registros
- Cumplir 49 CFR
- Pasar auditorías
- Mantener y reportar seguro
- Cumplir requisitos estatales
- Cumplir normas de seguridad
- Cumplir HOS
- Mantener DQ file
- Mantener inspecciones y mantenimiento
La Escuela no es responsable por errores, rechazos, multas ni retrasos.
4. Descargo de Responsabilidad sobre CDL
4.1 No Ofrecemos Entrenamiento de Conducción
No proporcionamos:
- Entrenamiento para CDL
- ELDT
- Lecciones prácticas
- Preparación de exámenes
- Certificación de manejo
4.2 Comprar un Curso NO Te Califica para una CDL
Inscribirte no reemplaza:
- Requisitos del DMV
- Exámenes escritos o prácticos
- Entrenamiento con proveedores aprobados
- Requisitos médicos
- Requisitos de idioma
- Requisitos de edad
4.3 Responsabilidad del Estudiante
Tú eres responsable de:
- Pruebas escritas y prácticas
- Certificado médico del DOT
- Inglés suficiente (49 CFR 391.11)
- Antecedentes hazmat
- Endosos
- Reglas estatales y federales
4.4 Sin Garantía de Habilidad de Manejo
No garantizamos:
- Seguridad
- Resultados
- Prevención de accidentes
- Cumplimiento regulatorio
- Habilidad de manejo
4.5 Exención de Responsabilidad por Accidentes
La Escuela no es responsable por:
- Accidentes
- Lesiones
- Daños
- Citaciones
- Inspecciones
- Sanciones
Asumes todos los riesgos al manejar un vehículo.
5. Cuentas y Seguridad
Debes mantener confidenciales tus credenciales y no compartir tu cuenta.
6. Propiedad Intelectual
Todo el contenido es propiedad exclusiva de la Escuela.
No puedes:
- Copiar
- Compartir
- Subir a redes
- Crear cursos competidores
- Eliminar derechos de autor
7. Pagos, Reembolsos y Contracargos
Todas las ventas son finales.
Los reembolsos solo aplican por pagos duplicados.
No se permiten contracargos injustificados.
8. Acceso a Cursos y Cambios
Acceso = mientras el producto exista.
Podemos modificar o descontinuar cursos.
9. Servicios de Terceros
No somos responsables por fallas en:
- Teachable
- MailerLite
- Stripe/PayPal
- Plataformas externas
10. No Garantía de Resultados
No garantizamos aprobaciones, ingresos, resultados ni tiempos.
11. Exención de Garantías
El contenido se entrega “tal cual” sin garantías.
12. Limitación de Responsabilidad
No somos responsables por daños, pérdidas, sanciones o accidentes.
13. Indemnización
Debes indemnizar a la Escuela por cualquier reclamo derivado de tu uso o decisiones.
14. Conducta Prohibida
No puedes:

15. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción
Cualquier disputa se resolverá exclusivamente en:
